There is evidence of continuous winemaking in the Jerez region for more than 3,000 years, when the Phoenician brought with them the culture of the vine in the 12th century BC. This gin is a tribute of the culture of wine and the passage of time.

Made from wine alcohol and Sherry brandies aged by Solera method, it is redressed with juniper and then aged in French oak barrels from the Allier forest, which gives it its woddy notes and golden colour.
