A journey behind the bar
My story began behind a bar in London and later took me to Barcelona and Dubai, where each city and every experience helped shape my identity as a bartender.
Four years ago, I returned to Barcelona, where I am now Head Bartender at Punch Room. Throughout my journey, I have taken part in and won different cocktail competitions, including the Barcelona Gin Master by 100&NOMORE.
Winning that competition gave me a unique opportunity: to create my own gin.
This gin is the result of a journey — years of experiences, travels, discoveries and passion for mixology. A creation born from my identity behind the bar and from my desire to transform memories, ingredients and inspiration into something that can be shared.
