INSPIRATION
When Andreas van Loy stopped in Brighton in his way back to Amsterdam, he discovered a distillate that the English called gin. Its clean, dry taste reminded him of the genever of his native country, but with a different elegance. Fascinated by its character, he decided to take a few bottles with him.
Brighton Dry Gin is a classic gin, where juniper dominates, accompanied by coriander seeds and green cardamom for a fresch and balanced profile. Angelica root and bay leaf add depth, while orange peel brightens the blend with a citrusy sparkle. A subtle hint of licorice rounds out its smooth, harmonious finish.
