100&NOMORE was founded in Barcelona, and our gins are distilled at La Destilateca in Terrassa, alongside master distiller Carles Bonnin. We create artisan Catalan gin with a global outlook: each recipe explores botanicals and flavour profiles inspired by different destinations. Our Spanish gins bring together local craftsmanship and international inspiration.
