Production of our premium craft gins
Each of our 100&NOMORE gins is totally handcrafted with the finest ingredients and following the traditional distillation method.
1. CREATIVE PROCESS
Just like in perfume designing, everything starts with the creation of a new concept. 100&NOMORE handcrafted gins are inspired by the flavours and aromas from the different world continents, with the aim to transport the drinker to those places.
2. DESIGN
To create each new flavour, we select the best natural ingredients, all of them atypical in gin making, to obtain the most surprising combinations.
3. INFUSION
The combination of selected ingredients is macerated in maximum quality grain alcohol in steel macerating tanks to extract the desired aromas. Maceration times vary depending on each of the 100&NOMORE gins.
4. DISTILLATION
The macerated is then combined with pure water and pumped into traditional copper stills for its distillation. The distillation process is totally handmade, selecting the desired distillation cuts to obtain the best aromas in each of the 100&NOMORE handcrafted gins.
5. BLENDING AND BOTTLING
The selected cuts are mixed with pure water to obtain a gin at 40º (80 proof). The gin rests for a month in steel tanks before being filtrated and bottled one by one. Then the labels 1 to 100 are added to the bottles, making each of them unique. As a finishing touch, each bottle is wax sealed with the number 100, corresponding to the amount of bottles per batch.
