There are cocktails that refresh. Others that surprise. And then there's Mediterranean Treasure, the creation born from the union of 100&NOMORE Brava and the cocktail magic of Sergio Pardo.
A cocktail that smells of the sea and the forest, that tastes of sunny afternoons by the Mediterranean, and that is best enjoyed in good company.

The inspiration behind Mediterranean Treasure
I met Sergio thanks to Jacqueline, a mutual friend with a special gift for bringing people together with stories to tell.
It was at an impromptu party in a small Eixample penthouse, one of those nights where everyone seems to know each other, yet no one quite knows how they got there. Sergio was preparing a cocktail in the kitchen, surrounded by open bottles and notebooks with recipe notes.
Between conversations, we discovered we shared an obsession with capturing Mediterranean flavors in a glass. Years later, we reconnected on Instagram, and the idea was born: to create a cocktail that combined the herbal freshness of Brava with an unexpected aromatic touch. Thus, from a casual conversation, Mediterranean Treasure was born.

The soul of the cocktail: 100&NOMORE Brava
Brava is our freshest and most Mediterranean edition. A craft gin distilled in Barcelona, inspired by the Costa Brava and with a profile that combines:
Lavender - floral and delicate
Pine - green and balsamic
Dill - fresh and herbal
Fennel - with a hint of anise
Nori seaweed - saline and elegant
It's perfect for light and aromatic combinations like this Mediterranean Treasure.
How to prepare Mediterranean Treasure
Ingredients:
50 ml 100&NOMORE Brava
30 ml dry vermouth
30 ml homemade dill syrup*
20 ml fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
Quality ice
Cucumber strip as garnish
Preparation of dill syrup:
Mix 1 kg of sugar with 1 L of water.
Add 100 g of fresh dill.
Blend everything and strain.
Cocktail preparation:
Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a cocktail shaker with quality ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Serve in a rocks glass filled with rock ice.
Make a strip of cucumber with a peeler, roll it up, and secure it with a toothpick for garnish.
Tips for serving it perfectly
Use crystal-clear ice to prevent it from melting quickly and watering down the mixture.
The cucumber isn't just for decoration: it adds a fresh aroma to your drink.
If possible, chill the glass before serving to enhance the refreshing sensation.

Who are you going to prepare it with?
A Mediterranean Treasure isn't meant to be enjoyed alone. It's a cocktail that calls for conversation, anecdotes, and laughter. Make it with that friend who always tells you "he's not a gin person" to surprise them... or with your partner for a special night at home.
In short: Mediterranean Treasure is more than a recipe; it's an experience that unites the freshness of Brava with the talent of Sergio Pardo and a story that began thanks to Jacqueline... and that you can now continue, glass in hand.
